Addendum to the CCPA Privacy Policy

For consumers in California
This section, which relates to the State of California, supplements the Privacy Policy and applies exclusively to consumers residing in California, excluding the personnel of Iumob S.r.l. (“Data Controlleror “Controller). The table below sets out how the Controller processes the personal data of Californian consumers, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”).

Not all of the items listed in the table below apply to every Consumer. For example, the Data Controller does not collect social security numbers from Users but may process such data as part of the evaluation of a job application.

Some of the information collected by the Controller may constitute “sensitive personal information” under the CCPA. This includes, but is not limited to, information revealing a consumer’s social security number, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, sex life or sexual orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, biometric information, and contents of your messages. The Controller uses the sensitive personal information collected solely to provide and improve the services, as well as to protect the services and the community, and does not use such information to infer personal characteristics of the consumer.

Retention Period for User information
The Data Controller retains the User’s personal data only for as long as necessary to pursue legitimate business purposes and within the limits permitted by law. California Consumer Privacy Rights
Sales/Sharing Opt-out: The Data Controller does not currently “sell” or “share” the consumers’ personal information. This means that the Data Controller does not sell, share, rent, release, disclose, make available, transfer or otherwise communicate consumers’ personal information to another business in exchange for monetary consideration or other valuable consideration, or for marketing purposes. Should the Data Controller in future “sell” and/or “share” the consumer’s personal information, the consumer will be able to exercise their right to opt out.

Know/Access: The consumer has the right to request to learn more about the personal information processed by the Data Controller concerning the consumer, as well as to obtain a copy of the specific personal information collected.

Correction: The consumer has the right to request the correction of any inaccurate information held by the Data Controller concerning the consumer.

Deletion: The consumer has the right to request the deletion of the personal data collected by the Controller concerning the consumer.

Non-discrimination: Should a consumer choose to exercise any of the rights provided for under the CCPA, the consumer has the right not to be subjected to discriminatory treatment.
