Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy - Washington and Nevada

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the Privacy Policy and is intended solely for the Users residing in the states of Washington and Nevada.

Collection and Use of Consumer Health Data
Iumob S.r.l. (“Data Controller” or “Controller”) does not believe that it collects consumer health data, nor does it use the personal information available to infer or determine Users’ physical or mental health status, whether past, present or future. However, since the definition of “consumer health data” is particularly broad in certain jurisdictions, certain personal information collected from Users or relating to them may fall within this category under the applicable regulations in the states of Washington and Nevada.
As with other categories of data, such personal information is used primarily to provide and improve the Services offered through the App (“Yooppe”) and to enable the Users to interact with one another.

How the Controller Discloses Consumer Health Data
The Data Controller may share consumer health data with the following categories of third parties, where necessary for the purposes described above:

Other Users: Personal information is shared when the User voluntarily makes it public or otherwise makes it available, for example through the User’s profile.

Service providers: the Controller uses service providers that support the management of the Service, including hosting, system maintenance, customer support and operational security.

Affiliated Companies: personal data may be shared with affiliated companies that support the Controller’s processing activities, including protection against abuse, fraud, spam, and the management of Yooppe’s operations.

Competent authorities and law enforcement authorities: personal data may be disclosed where required by law or in connection with legal proceedings, for example, court orders, investigations by law enforcement or government agencies, search warrants, or other legal obligations, or to prevent or detect unlawful activities, protect the safety of natural persons, and to exercise or defend a legal right in court.
