By going to another user's profile and clicking on the individual photo, you will find the "Report Photo" button in the top right corner, marked by a prohibition symbol.
To report a user's profile you are chatting with, access the chat section and click on the three dots next to the person's name. From here, you can decide to block the user or only delete the chat.
