How do I view charges on my card statement?
The charges for purchasing credit packages will be visible on your credit or debit card statement with a line marked "payment.yooppe.com" or the payment service provider associated with the payment service provider used to collect the amount.
Please note that sometimes the times of the charges on the statement may not coincide with those of the purchases made on the site. This discrepancy is due to technical reasons and the location of the server of the bank that handles the transaction.
