Do credits expire?

You can use the credits provided with your subscription plan for the entire validity period of the subscription. Any credits not used during the validity period of the subscription will be lost.
They are non-cumulative, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

If you have subscribed to a plan and have used up the credits included in your subscription, you can choose to top it up by purchasing additional credit packages (On-Demand).
Credits purchased through the On-Demand option that are not used within the account’s validity period will be lost. They are non-cumulative, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
