Here are some things we recommend checking:
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the app and that it is updated. You can verify this directly on your app store.
For Google Play Store:
Once you open the main screen of the Play Store, tap on the icon of your Google account in the upper right corner. Now, tap on the "Manage apps and devices" option to view the overview of your installed apps. Here, you will find the "Available updates" section: tap on it, and you will see the list of pending downloads. Locate the app, and now tap on the "Update" button to its right.
For Apple App Store:
If you are an Apple user, to begin with, open the App Store from the Home screen by tapping on the icon (an "A" on a blue background) and press on the "Search" option at the bottom right to access the search function. Type in Yooppe here, and once you find the app, tap on the "Update" option next to the icon to start the download and installation of the available updates. If you see the "Open" button instead of the "Update" button, it means you already have the latest version of the application.
Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Verify that your mobile device is connected to Wi-Fi or a data connection.
Delete and reinstall the app. This not only allows you to have the latest version of Yooppe but also restores the proper functioning of the app by eliminating any issues.
If you have tried all the steps but still encounter the problem, contact us and explain the issue in detail so we can assist you.
