is provided by Iumob S.r.l. (“Data
Controller” or “Controller”) and applies solely to Users residing in
the states of Indiana, Maryland, Nebraska, New Jersey, Texas, Tennessee,
Virginia, Florida or North Carolina.

1.2. Disclosure of Data
The User’s personal data may be disclosed to third
parties for the commercial purposes specified in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
1.3. Exercising Consumer Rights
The User may exercise the User’s rights by contacting
the Data Controller through the channels indicated in section 6 of the Privacy Policy. The User will not be discriminated against for
exercising the User’s rights regarding the protection of personal data.
1.4. Sale and Processing of Personal Data for Targeted
Advertising Purposes
The User’s personal data is not sold. Furthermore, personal data is not shared
with third parties in exchange for monetary compensation; therefore, no opt-out
option regarding the sale of data is required.
However, personal data may be processed for targeted
advertising purposes, in compliance with applicable state privacy laws. The
User may opt out of such processing by contacting the Controller through the
channels indicated in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
