Why was my photo rejected?

A photo will be automatically rejected by our automated management systems if it does not meet the following requirements:

  • The photo is smaller than 1080 pixels or larger than 10 MB.

  • The photo contains images of children/celebrities/brands/animals.

  • Group photos are not allowed.

  • Contact information is visible within the images.

  • Artistic photos, clip-art images, landscape photos, etc., are not permitted.

  • Photos protected by rights and copyright.

  • Sexually explicit photos are not allowed.
