What technical issues can occur during photo upload?
Problems during photo upload could be due to:
Inadequate format and/or size of the photo. You can easily upload images in the following formats: jpeg, png.
The size limits applied are: not less than 1080 pixels and not more than 10 MB.
Your internet connection may not be working correctly. Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi network or have active data connection.
Camera or gallery applications do not have permission to upload photos to the app. If you use an Android device,
you can authorize the applications by going to settings, choosing "applications" from the menu, selecting the app in use, clicking on "permissions,"
and authorizing the camera and memory. If you use an iPhone, to authorize the applications, click on settings, find the name of the app in use,
and allow access to the camera.
